This is a temporary position until 31 March 2028.
Hybrid working is available and working pattern can be discussed at interview. Flexibility is required as you will occasionally be required to attend career events in schools during evenings.
As an Assistant HR Adviser, you will provide professional advice to managers and employees on a range of HR issues including pay and conditions of service, local and national agreements, employment legislation and good practice.
You will be a flexible and adaptable individual who is assertive and psychologically resilient.
You will have experience of working in an HR related role and have Associate Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development or possess the equivalent experience.
You will have good verbal and written communication skills and have a proven ability to plan and organise work to meet objectives and work to deadlines.
A Category B Driving Licence or equivalent entitlement to drive in Great Britain and access to a motor vehicle is essential as this position requires regular travel across the Tayside area to attend recruitment events and includes transporting materials such as recruitment banners.
