As a Quality Assurance Assistant, you will monitor, assess and report on the standard of the Facilities Management Services, including FM, Cleaning and School Crossing Patrol Services and liaise with Clients and Tayside Contracts management to maintain standards.
You will be a flexible, adaptable, motivated, confident and enthusiastic individual, with effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills and basic literacy, numeracy and computer literacy skills.
You will have previous relevant experience within a Facilities and/or Cleaning service, have a working knowledge of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH), operational knowledge of Safe Working Practices in relation to a Facilities and/or SCP Service and a proven track record of delivering a customer focused approach.
You will have the ability to plan, prioritise, schedule and organise your own workload, use your own initiative and work alone.
A Category B Driving Licence or equivalent entitlement to drive in Great Britain and access to a motor vehicle, or otherwise able to meet the requirement to travel efficiently to other locations is essential.
