  • About the Job Role

  • This is a temporary position from the 1st November to 30th April 2026 for Winter Maintenance activities.
     
    This is a night -working only position, hours of work will be discussed and agreed at interview.
     
    Interviews will be held week commencing Monday 15th September.
     
    As a Roadworker 5, you will undertake the maintenance and gritting of roads. You will have a flexible attitude to work, be health and safety aware and be able to effectively communicate with work colleagues, supervisory staff and client representatives.

    You will have the ability and willingness  to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.

    A Category C Driving Licence or equivalent entitlement to drive in Great Britain is essential and Category C+E is desirable.

    A drivers CPC for HGV Licence and CSCS Health and Safety card are essential.
     
    You will also be paid:
      Night Working Allowances as applicable.
