Catering Supervisor (ASN Schools)

As the Catering Supervisor (ASN Schools), you will be responsible for all catering activities within an ASN school and on-site dining centres paying particular attention to varied dietary requirements including all levels of texture modified meals. This will include providing a high standard of catering service, making efficient and effective use of all resources available within budgetary constraints and with minimal waste. Provide a supervisory role to the catering teams on-site.

You will be a flexible and adaptable individual who is resilient, motivated, confident, enthusiastic and has the ability to work on your own initiative.

You will have an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent experience.

You will have effective verbal and written communication skills, cooking preparation, production and food presentation skills and have experience in:

- directing, supervising and training of employees
- working knowledge of hygiene procedures
- implementation and maintenance of a quality service
- customer service and complaint resolution

You will have the ability to organise workload to meet operational objectives, promote and manage change, identify training needs, work successfully as part of a team, establish effective working relationships and successfully motivate and develop employees.
