  • About the Job Role

  • In the role of Facilities Operations Administrator you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of systems to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of Facilities Services, to identify opportunities for more efficient methods of work and to ensure that all information required is accurate and held in a secure, accessible format. You will also be expected to manage the FSD quality assurance systems and to prepare reports for the FSD management and Council Clients. Assist in business improvement and development initiatives.
     
    You will be required to have the following skills:-
    • Experience of implementation of software systems.
      Working knowledge of the MS Office suite – Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Access.
    • SVQ Level 2, Higher or equivalent in Administration.
      ECDL or equivalent IT qualification.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
      Good numeracy skills.
