    As the Portioning Team Supervisor, you will provide a supervisory role to the Catering Assistants and ensure the Portioning of School & Community Meal menu items and associated duties are carried out in accordance with the daily portioning schedule/rotas.

    You will be a flexible and adaptable individual who is resilient, motivated, confident, enthusiastic and has the ability to work on your own initiative.

    You will have an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent experience.

    You will have effective verbal and written communication skills, cooking preparation, production and food presentation skills and have experience in:

    - directing, supervising and training of employees
    - working knowledge of hygiene procedures
    - implementation and maintenance of a quality service
    - customer service and complaint resolution

    You will have the ability to organise workload to meet operational objectives, promote and manage change, identify training needs, work successfully as part of a team, establish effective working relationships and successfully motivate and develop employees.
